Houat est superbe. L'île est à taille humaine et le tour se fait facilement à pied dans la journée.

Les lieux de mouillage sont nombreux, mais malheureusement saturés en été. La concentration de voiliers au mouillage en été le long de la grand plage est assez impressionnante.
